4. Calculators

The PPMV calculator and the leasing calculator provide estimates based on the data you enter and the assumptions stated with the calculator. The final PPMV amount is set by the customs office, and the final financing terms by the leasing company or bank.

5. Vehicle information, delivered vehicles and reviews

We try to keep vehicle information accurate and up to date, but the technical data, equipment and availability of a specific vehicle are confirmed only by the check before purchase. The delivered vehicles show real purchases. Reviews are taken from the company's Google profile without changes to the content.

6. Enquiries, offers and contracts

Sending an enquiry does not oblige either you or us to enter into a contract. The terms of the service, the price and the scope of work are set out in a written offer and contract. We may decline an enquiry for justified reasons, e.g. if the vehicle or the seller does not pass the check.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we collect and process personal data and use cookies is described in the Privacy and cookie policy.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logos and graphic elements of the website are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without our written permission, except to the extent permitted by law. Names and marks of third parties (e.g. Mobile.de, AutoScout24, vehicle brands) belong to their owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or work without technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from relying on the informative content of the website without a check for the specific vehicle. The owners of external websites linked from this website are responsible for their content.
